Free delivery on order place over £40
We ship UK orders within 1-2 business after an order is placed and payment received.
You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order leaves us.
We currently only ship within the UK.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We hope that you’ll be enjoying your new Soomish candle, but if you are in any way dissatisfied then we will be happy to issue a refund. Contact us on email@example.com to let us know that you are sending your product back.
Please send them back to us unused and in their original packaging, together with a brief explanatory note, within 14 days of the date you received them. You will be refunded as soon as we have received the goods back.
Unfortunately, once the products have been used, we are unable to make a refund unless the product is faulty.
If you have made an order and want to cancel it, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, you will have to pay the costs for the return.
We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.
You are welcome to exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.
