Shipping Policy

We aim to despatch all orders within two working days of receipt, please be aware that we do not consider Saturday and Sunday to be working days. 

Our delivery partners may require you to sign for your delivery. Some delivery partners may leave your order in a safe place if you are not at home when they attempt to deliver. We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

When we despatch your order we will send you tracking information (if applicable).

If your item gets damaged in transit, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt. You can email us at hellosoomish.co - please include your order number and a photograph of the damaged item(s).
